A message from The Mind Store about COVID-19

During these difficult and uncertain times with the corona virus pandemic, our team at The Mind Store want our clients to know that we are thinking of you all.  We remain dedicated to supporting your health and wellness. As such, our clinic remains open and we will continue to provide the high quality of mental health services that you expect and deserve.

As we continue to closely monitor all developments related to COVID-19, we are taking additional steps to protect our patients and employees from potential exposure. To this end we will are offering tele-psychiatry appointments to limit exposure.  We are using a HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing platform to deliver psychiatric assessment and care.

Patients who are required to have a urine drug screen to receive prescription refills will be notified prior to their appointment.  Should this be the case, we will discuss the options with you. In regards to medications, we will continue to follow The Mind Store’s medication policy as usual.

Due to the high volume of calls we have been receiving, we may not be able to answer every call that comes in. Please be assured that if you leave us a voicemail message that your call will be returned within  24-hours. You may also reach us via email at office@themindstore.com. For emergency situations, please call 911 or get to the emergency room first before calling us to coordinate care.  Our after-hours/emergency number is 720-557-7617.

Our team wishes you all well and we thank you for your cooperation in these matters.  We will all get through this by working together!

Hy Gia Park, MD, MPH

Charles Park, MD

"I went to visit Dr. Park to learn about substance abuse so I could learn how deal with a family member. The guidance from Dr. Charlie and Dr. Hy Gia Park, his wife, also a psychiatrist, was informational and invaluable. It was just not about substance abuse it was learning how to cope with other related issues. They have group sessions and in one I learned how to meditate which is a tool I will use throughout my life. This is a very professionally run practice."
