The Mind Store is a busy and growing mental health outpatient clinic seeking fully licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT) to join our amazing team of passionate and dedicated mental health professionals. Not only is The Mind Store’s work environment collaborative, it is also flexible:

Responsible for accurate and thorough patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, case management, and care coordination.
Provide individual/group therapy using evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities.
Facilitate family/care team meetings, when necessary.
Provide crisis intervention and behavioral interventions, as needed.
compliance with all policies/procedures, memos, emergent issues/needs, and behavioral and safety plans or special monitoring.
Participate in weekly team meetings.
Participate in group and individual supervision, including case presentations, assisting to provide group training, clinical discussion, and ongoing training.

Education and Other Employment Requirements:
Master’s Degree or Higher Required.
Currently holds a Colorado LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT.
Interest and experience in facilitating group psychotherapy process and psychoeducation groups, a plus!
Currently credentialed with major insurance companies (United, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Medicare, Humana, and Tricare) preferred.
Must possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable form of transportation.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Proof of COVID Vaccine is required – allowable exemptions may be considered.
We are currently seeing the majority of our patients through virtual visits, as this shifts to having patients back in the office our front desk staff has a plan in place to promote health and safety.
Education Needed for this Fabulous Opportunity!
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (Required for Mental Health Counselor contract). LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LMFTC, LCSW, or LSW (Required for Mental Health Counselor contract). Provisionally Licensed encouraged to apply! We love to mentor and teach!
